Our Commitment to Recycling

With the utilization of this recycling program, your business will be sending an important message to others about your focus on the environment and other global concerns.

At Recycle Free, we believe that our environment is a special gift. Therefore, we believe it is our responsibility to act responsibly in protecting that gift. We take that responsibility very seriously and are working on ways to improve our position to be more environmentally friendly with our customers and suppliers.

You can make a difference and the process of recycling can be a rewarding experience.

Recycling isn't just good for business, it's the correct approach in an effort to heal our environment. Make a world of difference, recycle for a better tomorrow.

Printer Cartridges

Recycle Free will recycle most plastic cartridges. In fact, we do our best to ensure that no cartridge sent to our facility will ever end up in a waste landfill. However, ink tanks are not able to be remanufactured or recycled. These cartridges are disposed of through a licensed waste management agency in the US.

Please note: Although we at times ship cartridges internationally for re-manufacturing, no cartridges are shipped internationally for disposal. Cartridges are culled in the US. Insurance certification on file.

Nonetheless, many cartridges are recycled, re-used or re-manufactured whether or not they are included on our current product list.

Mobile Phones

Recycle Free will do their best to ensure that all spare mobile phones are recycled accordingly. Mobile phones are either 1) provided as emergency communications to those in need which support our 911 emergency phone bank; 2) refurbished and distributed throughout developing countries in many areas including Latin America, where landlines are too expensive for most people to acquire; 3) refurbished and marketed for sale as a used phone within the US; or 4) broken down in an effort to remove precious metals.
