Key Factors to Consider

When selecting your new electric scooter, there are certain key factors you should consider before purchasing an electric scooter. These factors include:

Range: All ZAP electric scooters have a range of up to 12 miles. The Zappy 3 Pro has a range of up to 24 miles.

Rider Weight: A rider with a weight less than 220 lbs is ideal. Heavier riders may still use the electric scooters, but the speed and range of the scooter will decrease.

Terrain: Solid, flat surfaces are a must. Most scooters do not operate smoothly over rough or soft terrain.

Climate: It is not suggested to ride an electric scooter in wet weather or on a wet surface.

Laws: Each state has their own legal ordinance and classification for electric scooters. Check your local city and state laws.

Safety: Always wear a safety helmet and obey all traffic laws.
