Single Locations
*Reports are distributed quarterly only upon
request. They include only those cartridges returns that are
processed within the fiscal month-end periods. Some
cartridge returns may not be processed within the same month
in which they were received and will usually appear on the
following month's report.
General Cartridge Condition
All cartridges must be in good condition
without cracks in the plastic case or visible damage to the
print head.
